Hendry Julian Noor, born in Pangkalan Bun, Central Kalimantan, July 28 1986. Completed elementary to high school in the same city. Graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law Universitas Islam Indonesia (2004-2008), then obtained a Master of Notary degree (S2, 2008-2010) and a Doctor of Law (S3, 2013-2018) from the Faculty of Law UGM. He has been a lecturer at the Department of State Administrative Law, Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada since 2016. Involved in several research projects, he is also active as a speaker, resource person and presenter in scientific forums or conferences, including as an expert. The author has produced several scientific works, both in the form of journals (including: Doctrine of Legal Action of State Administration Making Decisions (Beschikking), Government Discourse to Reposition the Inspectorate Institution: Follow-up, Response, and Future Initiation, The Existence Of Adat Law Community In Public-Private Partnership, and Application of Sanctions Against State Administrative Officials Failing to Implement Administrative Court Decisions), policy paper (Notes on the Government Administration Cluster in the Job Creation Law in Policy Paper: Constitutional Court Decision Regarding the Job Creation Law, Faculty of Law UGM), as well as opinion articles in mass media, such as Media Indonesia and Kompas. Lastly is the book entitled Understanding the Losses of State-Owned Enterprises (Persero): Discourse on State Financial Losses and Corruption Crimes(2022).
